Home On A Rainbow was created in response to LJ Tyson's treatment in the country music world. After experiencing racism and homophobia while working, LJ Tyson decided to open up about his identity and upbringing in the song "Home On A Rainbow." The single tells the story of LJ growing up in the middle of Saskatchewan as an Indigenous man who identifies as part of the Queer community.
